Sarah Brightman Classics
, January 14, 2011
This review is from: The Very Best of Sarah Brightman: 1990-2000 (Audio CD)
I remember first being exposed to the wonderful music of Sarah Brightman when I first heard her songs "Deliver Me", "Eden", and "Beautiful". I wish that I can tell you for sure which song that I heard first, but what I can tell you for certain is that hearing those three songs enough times inspired me to purchase one of her greatest hits compilation. I chose this one because of the positive reviews and the diverse song selection that it has. I am glad that I went with doing that because all of the songs are very good. The songs that I must definitely recommend listening to first on this cd are "a question of honor part 2", "heaven is here", "only an ocean away", "eden", "deliver me,", and "scarborough fair". I only wish that "Beautiful" would have been included in this collection. My overall favorite song in Sarah Brightman's greatest hits collection would certainly have to be "Deliver Me". "Deliver Me" is a beautiful and joyful song that talks about how someone has isolated themselves from the outside world their whole life and kept their emotional guard completely up and closed until they encountered a person that they felt safe to reveal their true self too. In addition, I like how Sarah pours her emotion and spirit into the song. Overall Sarah's gorgeous vocals, and the beautiful songs on this cd both add up to a creative and terrific combination. It is definitely gently suggested to consider this cd if any and/or all of the following apply to you: you enjoy music by Enya, Enigma, and/or Celtic/New Age music imported from Europe.

This review is from: Pure Moods, Vol. III (Audio CD)
This third installment of the Pure Moods series definitely puts you in a relaxing, satisfying, and joyful mood. What is wonderful about this compilation is that there are various songs to appeal to what type of positive mood that you want to create for yourself. If you want cheery and joyful the best song for that would be "Only If" by Enya. If you are looking to rest and relax "Merry Christmas,Mr. Lawrence" by Ryuichi Sakamoto and "Silk Road" by Kitaro are both uplifting and are songs to help ease the mind. Songs to listen to for self-reflection and/or if you are evaluating where you are at in your life would be "Life In Mono" by Mono and "Games Without Frontiers"(Massive/DB Mix) by Peter Gabriel. Musical tracks to listen to for love, makeout sessions, and/or romance would be "Gravity of Love" by Enigma and "Deliver Me" by Sarah Brightman. Sixteen eclectic and one of a kind musical tracks are included in this collection. It was hard to narrow down to just one favorite because "Deliver Me" by Sarah Brightman was so enjoyable that I eventually bought one of her greatest hits collection. "Gravity of Love" by Enigma is a beautiful song about how love can enhance all areas of your life. For this collection, I would have to say that "Gravity of Love" is my personal overall favorite song, and a musical track that countless others are going to love. However, the other fifteen tracks are definitely worth multiple listens as well. This pure moods installment is worth obtaining if you appreciate listening to celtic/new age music and/or world music compilations that feature various musical artists.

This review is from: Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
Like many of the reviewers here, I too was fortunate to first be exposed to the Foo Fighters music back in the 90's when they made their debut. This cd has an excellent selection of their hits from the 90s time period leading all the way up to the millenium years such as the smash hit "All My Life" from 2002. All 16 songs were actually great quality hits. In my humble opinion, the band really thought of their fans when they selected the songs to go on this compilation. My personal favorite songs out of this compilation were "All My Life", "Everlong", "Learning to Fly", "Big Me", "This is a Call", "My Hero", and "The Pretender". My overall favorite song is definitely "Learning to Fly" because it is a song about having the determination for learning to soar above any obstacles towards your dreams regardless of external circumstances. Many who enjoy rock music from the 1990's and the 2000's are going to enjoy this greatest hits compilation by the Foo Fighters.

A Fiery and Addictive Song
, January 13, 2011
This review is from: Fire Woman (MP3 Music)
I remember first hearing "Fire Woman" back in 2000 when I was stationed in Japan through the navy. This song captivated me when I first heard it, and I still enjoy it to this day. I only wish that I had heard it sooner. I had the chance to recently see the video to this song, and this too was enjoyable to watch because it was easy to see that the lead singer really put forth his heart, soul, and strong emotions into the song. The meaning that I get from the song is that he is singing about a woman that has left a memorable impact on him, and that she is to blame for the fact that he frequently thinks about her. To me "Firewoman" seems to symbolize someone who is fiery, exciting, intense, and passionate to him, and he is in turn enthralled by her. I got the feeling to this during the part of the song where he says that he can feel her, and that she is coming close to him. I enjoy this song so much, that it has definitely piqued my interest to get the cd that has this track. This song is worthwhile to own if you enjoy rock music.

A Great Rock Song
, January 13, 2011
This review is from: Rock You Like A Hurricane (Live/1984) (MP3 Music)
I too agree that this song is definitely a classic. This song is basically about someone who is planning on giving a very memorable experience related to sex (hence the term rock you like a hurricane). However, the lyrics are done in a very original and coherent manner, and the guitar riffs blend well with the song's lyrics. The video to this song is very edgy and seems to show some self-confident women who are ready to face whatever awaits them. Cages are used in the video for what appears to metaphorically symbolize the women being set free to be as wild as they want. This is a very energetic rock song to listen to at either parties or when you want to listen to something to increase your energy levels.

Good Sylver Hits

This review is from: Best Of-The Hit Collection (Audio CD)
This is a very great dance music collection from a duo that hails from Belgium. This compilation includes some very upbeat tracks that definitely get your energy going. The tracks that stand out in a good way for me are "Make it" and "The One". I love both of these songs so much that it is challenging to tell which one is more of my favorite. "Make It" is a good song that sends a message of staying happy and making the best of whatever is presented to you regardless of external circumstances. "The One" is a good song about someone that has so much love and passion to offer their love interest and they seem to want to know if they are their type. This is a good cd to listen to when you are doing tasks around the house and/or some type of excercise such as walking or running. This collection is also worthwhile to get if you are open to obtaining "best of" compilations from the dance, trance, and/or electronia music genres.

A Great Assortment of Paul Van Dyk's Hits
, January 11, 2011
This review is from: Volume (Audio CD)
This compilation of some of the fun hits by Paul Van Dyk are very good. This compilation contains 24 enjoyable and unique eurodance songs that were assembled with care. I love how he brilliantly started the cd collection with the very upbeat "For An Angel"(PVD Remix 2009), and ended the first cd with "Time of Our Lives" (US Radio Edit). Paul also did a very good job with the way that he ended the second cd by starting cd two with "What Goes Around"(PVD Club Mix) by Justin Timberlake, and he ended it with "Gimme More"(also a strong club mix by Paul himself) by Britney Spears. For the second cd I have to say it was cleverly organized (with the songs that started and ended cd two) because both are good songs, and they are buy two musicians that were once boyfriend and girlfriend (as many people already know Britney and Justin use to date each other). I love the "Magical Moment" song and "Love Simulation" by Humate. My overall favorite song contained in this cd is "White Lies" by Paul Van Dyk featuring Jessica Sutta (many know her from her time with the Pussycat Dolls). The "White Lies" track and the musical collaboration between Paul and Jessica in this song created excellent musical harmony. The video to "White Lies" is great to watch. I feel that Jessica did a fantastic job with pouring her soul and energy into the song. Paul also did a wonderful job in the "White Lies" song carefully crafting the music to go well with it. This cd is great to add to any dance/trance collection and/or for those who also appreciate fun energy music from Europe (Paul Van Dyk hails from Germany).

A Strong and Well-Organized Compilation
, January 11, 2011
This review is from: NOW 36 (Audio CD)
I have listened to a wide variety of now compilations over the past years (since the first American version was created back in 1998), and I would have to say that this is definitely one of the stronger compilations assembled. This collection happens to have many great songs, which gives you more of your money's worth. My top favorite songs on this cd are "If I Had You" by Adam Lambert, "The Only Exception" by Paramore, and "Stuck Like Glue" by Sugarland. "The Only Exception" by Paramore is a very strong and romantic song about someone who at first swore to avoid opening up to falling in love with another during their life, but decided to change their mind when meeting the one who shook up their previous plan. "If I Had You" by Adam Lambert is a very good dancey and upbeat type of song how relationships with those you care about help to enhance your life. Listening to that song definitely enticed me to get one of Adam's cds. My overall favorite song in this compilation is "Stuck Like Glue" by Sugarland. "Stuck Like Glue" is a happy type of song about love prevailing even through challenges and the preconceived views of others on if it would last. I enjoy "Stuck Like Glue" so much that I truthfully plan to listen to it many more times. The three bonus tracks are also enjoyable (my personal favorite bonus track is "Tenessee Me" by the Secret Sisters). The bonus flashback track of "Suspicious Minds" by Elvis was pretty fun to listen to as well. This compilation is worthwhile to get if you know that you would enjoy a various artists selection that offers a good number of songs, and you are open-minded in listening to a range of pop, rock, country, and dance music.

This review is from: Now Thats What I Call Mu (Audio CD)
This is a lively and energetic collection of hits from the UK version of the Now #76 Compilation series. There is a total of 46 fun hits in this collection ranging from a diverse selection such as "All the Lovers" by Kylie Minogue to One (Your Name) by Swedish House Mafia featuring Pharrell (a really fun and dancey song). Out of 46 songs, at least 43 were very enjoyable to me (which made this collection very much worth getting). There are 23 songs on each cd with a wonderful variety of different artists included in each cd. Many of the songs easily fall under dance (Gettin Over You by David Guetta feat. Chris Willis, Fergie, and LMFAO), pop (Turn It Up by Pixie Lott), and/or adult contemporary (such as the enjoyable Hey, Soul Sister by Train). This is a good cd to play at a party and/or if you want to listen to a fun and feel good type of cd at home. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this collection. My personal favorite songs on the first disc are "Commander" by Kelly Rowland featuring David Guetta and "Carry Out" by Timbaland featuring Justin Timberlake. "Commander" is a very high energy eurodance song that seems to be about someone who enjoys having a good time at the dance club and plans on giving their love interest an enjoyable time as well. Kelly Rowland and David Guetta collaborate very well together in "Commander". I personally think that it would be wonderful if Kelly worked with David more in the future on any other songs that she may plan to create. "Carryout" is a very seductive song about being turned on and about what is going to be done (in a fun way) about to the person that is stimulating that excitement. Timbaland and Justin Timberlake really work excellent together to make the "Carryout" song very creative and seductive. My two favorite songs on the second disc are "Fire with Fire" by Scissor Sisters and "One" (Your Name) by Swedish House Mafia featuring Pharrell. I am truthfully still making out the full meaning of "Fire with Fire" but I think it is a song about a relationship that experiences challenges but is still enjoyable because of the desire present. The song "One" is sung by American musician Pharrell Williams and from what I have seen online three DJ's who are from Sweden (which obviously and most likely explains the Swedish House Mafia moniker). The Collaboration between Pharrell and the Swedish House Mafia also works wonderfully because the song "One" appears to be a catchy tune about someone that stands out in such an interesting way that the person who admires them ends up having a strong desire to know their name (which explains the lyrics of I want to know your name). Overall, this is definitely an exciting and catchy collection to get if you enjoy dance and/or pop music that is high-energy and that you can play at gatherings, parties, or just listen to at home (because of the collection containing many songs where you can sing along to and/or move your body to).

This review is from: Living with Joy: Keys to Personal Power and Spiritual Transformation (Paperback)
I titled it the way I did because this book does definitely help you to come away empowered on how to increase the happiness in all areas of your life. Many people from all walks of life are going to benefit from this book because of the information that it contains regardless of how happy you are in your life (whether you are still learning to be happy or you are already super happy). Some of the helpful chapters contained in this uplifting book are about living in higher purpose and recognizing life purpose. You may want to keep a pen, paper, and/or highlighter handy for information that is going to resonate with you depending what path you are currently on in your life. I must be considerate of all who are interested in the book, but have yet to read it so I am going to share a couple of my favorite excerpts from the book. My first favorite passages are on page 183(the chapter about living in higher purpose) where it reads: Manifesting is a matter of trusting and believing in yourself, and holding that vision in front of you(the first sentence of the last paragraph)
You are often tested by the universe to see how much you believe in your vision. Every goal is reachable if you keep working on it. (also in the last paragragh on page 183 of the living in higher purpose chapter).
My second favorite passages are on page 191 of the recognizing life purpose chapter that read:
There is often a time lag between the new thought and the having it that confuses and stops many people from continuing to think of the new.
So past thoughts may still affect you for a while, even as you change your thinking. Within two to three months, however, the new thoughts will have gained momentum and will have created new outer forms to match.
I felt the urge to mention these passages taken from the book because they resonate to me (and I am sure others who read the book) how important it is to believe in your dreams regardless of how long they take to manifest. Living with Joy also gives helpful information on how the bigger the dream that you have, the more time that it may take due to the internal changes that are going to have to occur first. The book contains fun excercises and information regarding stimulating the internal changes needed to put you on the path of joy and increasing your receptiveness to attract what you desire. There is going to be others who read the book and discover many other helpful passages and healing information contained in the book. Last, but not least, the other favorite information that I got from this book was how important it was to honor yourself as a unique individual and avoid comparing yourself as better or less than when it comes to how others are doing in their life. Yes, I am aware that countless others may know this, but I enjoyed being reminded of this because I live in an area where it is sometimes too easy to let others define you by what you do. Please understand that I am happy and appreciative where I live, but the first thing I did discover when I moved to the D.C. area is that it is all too common for many people to ask your occupation as a condition of defining you. I quickly learned to avoid comparing myself to others and just be the best that I can be. However,it is always good to read a helpful and cheerful book (such as Living with Joy) on why it is important to your own overall happiness to go within yourself to discover your highest path, and compare your life to that (also found in the recognizing your life purpose chapter). This book is very important to purchase if you have even the slightest concern and/or determination to increase the happiness and joy in all areas of your life and those who surround you.

I concur with the other reviewers that this compilation is so good. Every song on this three cd set is magical and very soothing (there is definitely something for everyone). The music in this collection is a beautiful fusion of various electronica classics from the time period of the early 1990's until 2008. My personal favorites in this collection were Sweet Harmony by The Beloved, Art of Noise by Moments In Love, The Herbaliser by the Sensual Woman, Eple by Royksopp, I Believe by Simian Mobile Disco, and Deepest Blue. There is a total of 60 songs in this wonderful compilation, and with this variety many who buy this collection are going to discover songs that resonate with them. This is good and uplifting music that you can pretty much play around anyone and/or at gatherings. It is definitely gently advised to give this assortment of unique songs a chance if you enjoy electronica and/or chillout music.

Martina really put much emotion and creativity into her songs. Some of my favorite songs by her on this cd are "My Baby Loves Me," "Independence Day", "Wild Angels", "Valentine", and "Happy Girl". "My Baby Loves Me" is a catchy musical number of someone being appreciated for her natural beauty (the guitar notes used in the song are notable). "Independence Day" is about a very young person who endures a challenging childhood to eventually start a new life. "Wild Angels" is a beautiful song about being watched over with the results of good luck. "Valentine" is a gorgeous song about enduring love. My overall favorite song in this greatest hits collection definitely had to be "Happy Girl" because it serves as an upbeat reminder to find anything to be joyful about regardless of external circumstances, allow your emotions to come out in a healthful manner, and to always strive to find the essence of happiness from within yourself. One the plus side I discovered how enjoyable "Happy Girl" was when I was on one of my walks to boost my joy level(I feel lucky that walking while listening to my favorite music always help to boost my endorphin levels). There are other good country songs on this cd as well(such as the dramatic but soul stirring "Love's the Only House"). This is a great collection to get if you like upbeat and soul stirring country/pop music.

This review is from: Best of: BLUR (Audio CD)
One of the first songs that introduced me to this group was the daring and summer themed song of "Girls and Boys". Like many others, I had also heard and enjoyed "Song 2" when it had came out in the 90's. Then I was interested in getting this collection when the lead singer Damon had went on to be the lead singer in the group Gorillaz (this is especially because I enjoyed the musical tracks from the Gorillaz of "Feel Good" and "Dare"). After listening to this cd you are going to get a positive sense of why Damon Albarn was selected to be the frontman for both the Gorillaz and Blur. Damon has a very strong and good singing voice in many of the songs. Like the Gorillaz, the music used in the Blur songs is very unique and energetic. There is the very folksy but relaxing "Coffee and Tv" track on this cd, and then there are the upbeat and fun musical numbers of "Country House", "Song 2", and "Tender'. "Coffe and Tv" seems to be about getting away from it all and starting over a new life. "Song 2" seems to be about letting go, but being kind of relaxed about it. "Tender" is a song about wanting to experience the strong emotion of love. I really enjoyed "Beetlebum" and "Parklife" as well. "Beetlebum" is a very catchy song about how healing someone can be to someone else with their "sensual" and "erotic" skills. "Parklife" is a musical track about taking it easy during the day and starting the day on their own terms. This greatest hits compilation is so good that I would definitely consider purchasing any future music from Blur when they release their new album (it is had been reported through the online Sun newspaper that they may do this). My overall favorite song in this collection is "Girls and Boys", which is a great fun type pop song that makes a positive statement of only sharing yourself with someone where there is a mutual attraction. A person is most likely to enjoy this greatest hits collection by Blur if:
there is an interest in any songs from the Gorillaz and/or Blur,
they enjoy the singing voice of Damon Albarn.

I was intrigued and convinced to purchase one of the cd's of Girls Aloud after hearing, savoring, and enjoying "Call the Shots". Many of these songs are very high energy and hit the spot if you want to listen to something fun and exciting. Some of the good songs in this collection are "Love Machine", "Sound of the Underground", "Long Hot Summer", and "I Think Were Alone Now" (a good remake of the 80's version from Tiffany). The track that I enjoyed the most was "Something Kinda Ooooh". "Something Kinda Ooooh" is a very daring and catchy song about someone admitting that they really want the person that they are strongly attracted to. Overall, this is a great dance/pop compilation to own.

This was one of my first Now Compilations that I purchased from the United Kingdom musical series, and I must say that it was definitely worth it. The listener of this compilation gets treated to many great musical numbers on this cd. There is a variety of musical genres on this cd that are a creative fusion of hits from many artists from Europe and America. Some of the sampling of the great hits that are available in this collection : "No One" by Alicia Keys, "Just Fine" by Mary J Blige, "This is the Life" by Amy Macdonald, "Ready For the Floor" by Hot Chip, "Pumpkin Soup" by Kate Nash, "Fascination" by Alphabeat, "The Journey Continues" by Mark Brown featuring Sarah Cracknell. However, my personal overall favorite song is "Call the Shots" by Girls Alound ( I have played "Call the Shots" many times since purchasing Now 69). This collection is definitely one to play if you like dance, pop, and/or electronica music.

Unconventional Girl

This review is from: Cornflake Girl (MP3 Music)
This is a great musical track by Tori Amos regarding the personal journey of someone that decides to be unconventional. It appears to be about what happens to someone when they have the courage to break away from the crowd. I enjoy the piano beats and the soul-stirring words that go with this song. I first heard this song back in the 90's but it recently came back in my memory, and compelled me to want to hear it more because of the fact that every now and then I get to hear a good quality piano version of the song from one of my neighbors who lives upstairs from me. "Cornflake Girl" compares in a good way to some of Tori's other quality tracks such as "Caught a Lite Sneeze" and "Precious Things". This is a song that is certainly going to be enjoyed if you like any of Tori Amos's other musical tracks.

This is a very fun, gorgeous, and upbeat dance/pop song about why it is important to follow your intuition. The video goes very well with the song because it shows her creatively dressed to the latest trends, and how it is important to follow what is in your heart. This song resonates with me because I personally have had firsthand experiences and realizations just recently on why intuition is important. The one song that can come close to how brilliant Jewel's version is "Intuition" by DJ Encore. However, if you or someone close to you is aware of how important intuition is becoming (especially with the recent world changes taking place daily) then I would highly recommend this energetic, positive, and unique musical track by Jewel.

An Interesting Glimpse of the Military Officer Life
, January 22, 2011
This review is from: An Officer and a Gentleman (Special Collector's Edition) (DVD)
Richard Gere gives a very natural and fantastic performance as Zachary Mayo. Zachary goes through many challenges and tests of emotional and physical endurance on his way to becoming a naval officer via navy officer candidate school. He ends up becoming close friends with another fellow officer candidate named Sid Worley (well played by David Keith). Both Zach and Sid also meet and fall in love during their time in training. Zach's love interest Paula is played by Debra Winger. Sid's love interest Lynette is played by Lisa Blount. Louis Gossett Jr. plays a Marine Gunnery Sargeant by the name of Emil, who is a drill instructor tasked with shaping the officer candidates into leaders. I felt an urge to watch the movie because I use to be in the navy, and I was curious to get an idea of what it might be like for a soon to be officer going through bootcamp compared to the process of an enlisted person through bootcamp (I honorably served in the enlisted ranks from June 2000 until May 2009). The movie itself only takes place in one location, but I did enjoy how the characters forged special friendships and implied the traveling adventures that were going to take place once they graduated from officer candidate school (I appreciate the travel and the many wonderful friends that I met while I was in the navy). The only caveat that I had with the movie was how some of the women were portrayed. The main female characters were beautiful but were depicted as women whose only chance at making something of themselves in life depended the long term plans of their male partners. In real life (in and outside of the military) many women have unlimited potential to achieve whatever they want regardless of their romantic status (it would have been nice if the movie would have portrayed the women as being poised for success regardless of what happens in their romantic lives). I understand that this movie was made in the early 80's before many more women became naval officers. I just wish that they would have showed a more personal romantic life of the one female officer candidate in the school as well as the men that were featured. I only say this because (over a month ago) I currently ran across an article in both airforce times and navy times that told how there is a high rate of military female veterans committing suicide, and one of the reasons cited was the fact that many of these veterans were not acknowledged for having done legitimate military service due to them being women, and as a result feelings of isolation resulted. I myself do not endorse or condone suicide because I appreciate being alive regardless of external circumstances that may appear, but I have empathy and compassion for those who do (whether military or civilian). Officer and a Gentleman is a fantastic movie, but it would be nice if more movies were featured that highlighted the personal lives of military female officers so that more members of the general public can see how both men and women make a positive contribution to our all volunteer military. Aside from my personal rant, I still highly recommend this movie as one to watch especially if you are open to seeing one of many ways of how a military person balances their personal and professional life in an interesting manner.

Creative Divas

This review is from: Trance Divas (Audio CD)
I too concur that this compilation is wonderful. There are many energetic and high energy trance/dance songs to listen to from a variety of the talented musicians that are listed on this compilation. What I really enjoy and appreciate about this music is that there are many songs to listen to whether you are looking for an emotional boost and/or to increase an already positive mood. Listening to this collection puts one in their own universe of joy. Some of the songs that are recommended to play right away are "Only If I" by Kate Ryan, "I'm Dreaming" by Ashley Jade, and "Voice of An Angel" by Marcella Woods. However, my favorite overall song in this compilation has got to be the fun and upbeat "Dreamboy" by Lauren (I enjoy this song more and more each time that I play it). Trance Divas is definitely a selection to obtain if you crave unique, upbeat, and soul nourishing trance/dance music.

True to the Title (U2's best from 1990-2000)
, January 20, 2011
This review is from: U2 - The Best of 1990-2000 (Audio CD)
This cd is definitely an excellent and definative collection of U2 hits. All the songs are gems and each one has a style of their own. I am lucky to have been a teenager when many of these hits were created. For example,Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me is a unique electronica influenced song that came out around 1995 for the Batman Forever movie. I do believe that I was 14 when I first heard this fun song. The ending to "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me is very provocative, but it only adds to the brilliance of the song. Then there is the very upbeat and energetic "Discotheque" (the video to this song is very good as well). Other songs in this collection that one may find themselves replaying are: "Beautiful Day", "Mysterious Ways", "Staring at the Sun","One', "Numb", and "Stuck In a Moment You Can't Get Out Of". "Beautiful Day" is a very therapeutic and feel good musical track to listen to for activating your joy levels and as a positive reminder to enjoy life regardless of what happens externally. I personally liked "Discotheque" and "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me" the most because these two creative masterpieces are musical tracks where U2 dared to push the musical envelope the most (with beautiful and creative results). This cd is going to be fun and exciting to listen to if you like any of the U2 songs and/or you enjoy listening to 90's rock/alternative rock.

This review is from: Suburban Pleasures (Hardcover)
This book was certainly a pleasure to look at. I previously purchased The Ready to Play: Men at Play book, which ignited my interest to get this book. This is a great book that provides visual delights of men that are eye candy. One of the male models from the Ready to Play book is also featured in some photos in the Suburban Pleasures book. Obviously, I enjoyed this book because I find all the men featured in it very handsome and pleasant to look at. However, what definitely increased this book's value as a worthwhile purchase to me was the variety of men that were featured(different hair colors, eye colors, and body types). There are a wide range of men featured in this book that touch on the frequently used statement "there is something for everyone". I love how the pictures of the men were taken in various parts of the house (such as in front of the kitchen fridge, another male model holding a camera as he leans up against the window blinds, and someone simulating the ironing of the clothes). I have only listed an exciting sampler of the many interesting "room shots" featured. There are so many good poses featured that I too wish that this book was longer. One of the poses that really stood out for me in a good way was the picture where one of the models is holding a glass of milk, and appears to be tugging at his shirt. The "milk shot" is only one of many eye treats available in the book. You are going to enjoy "Suburban Pleasures" if you enjoyed the book "Ready to Play" and/or you have a strong appreciation for the male body.

Satisfying to the Core

This review is from: Can I Touch You...There? (Album Version) (MP3 Music)
This song definitely does touch your spirit in a musical and joyful way. I love listening to "Can I Touch You There?" because it is very sensual, romantic, and beautiful. I believe that "Can I Touch You There?" is about someone confirming with their lover that it is ok to get closer and take things further. Then it gets even more interesting when he sings about showing the person that he desires just what love can do. Both the music and the lyrics complement each other very well. I remember first hearing this song as a teenager and really being touched by it on an emotional level. I love how Michael Bolton shows a sensual, daring, and happy side as he sings this. Yes, he is known for singing many love themed musical creations. However, this is one of my favorite songs by him because he sings about passionate, exciting, and sensual love in a very beautiful, uplifting, and classy manner. Plus, Michael musically took chances singing "Can I Touch You There?, and he really did this song so creatively and with such intensity that any other singer that ever tries to remake this song is going to have big shoes to fill. I admit that I got interested in downloading this song just yesterday evening when I was looking for some unique and great love songs to add to my musical library (plus I love very sensual songs). For some reason, I was compiling a list (of daring musical tracks) on my ipod when this song spontaneously came to mind. I decided to go with this feeling, download and buy this good musical gem, and listen to it. As I listened to it, I was instantly moved and uplifted by the song just as much as I had been when I first heard it as a teenager. This song is very much worthwhile to get if you enjoy sensual pop songs.

I certainly agree with the other reviewers that Britain magazine is a wonderful publication to subscribe to. I made a decision to purchase this subscription because I intend to accomplish one of my personal goals to visit England for at least a week. Britain magazine provides gorgeous photos and extensive information on the various travel gems and destinations to check out during your visit(s) to Great Britain. For example, I currently have the March 2011 issue of Britain magazine. The following is some of the fascinating information that is featured in the March 2011 issue that helps make the publication a worthwhile read:
1)There is a special feature on Unusual Museums (with some very original and fascinating places to symbolize the Unusual moniker). For instance, The Museum of Witchcraft is featured in this issue. The location of this one of a kind museum is listed as being in Boscastle Cornwall. According to the magazine, many witches and warlocks are currently celebrating the fact that it has been opened for 50 years. There is a library of over 3,000 books inside of it, and is known to hold one of the world's most extensive collection of witchcraft paraphernalia(in addition the website to check out this museum is featured in the March 2011 publication). The article also lists The British Lawnmower Museum, which is an innovative museum for lawnmower enthusiasts.
2)There is a well organized compilation of Places to Stay that are listed. A couple of the places that fascinated me are: 1) The Royal Oak House and 2)Regency Cheltenham.
There is so much more great information featured in the well-done magazine. In my humble opinion, you definitely get a good quality publication in Britain magazine for what you pay (overall good value for the money). This magazine is very worthwhile to obtain if you have even a casual interest in visiting and/or living in Britain.

I too agree with the reviews that this music on this cd is bubblegum pop at its finest. There are many upbeat and fun dance/pop songs from the Swedish group Smile.dk on here that every song on this quality cd has creative substance. This is one of those rare cds where every song on the compilation stands on its own. The following are the songs that I would recommend listening to first before playing the whole cd:
"Temptation Island"- A very energetic and fun summer themed song about allowing your free spirit to rein, and allowing oneself to experience all the good things that life has to offer.
"Koko Soko"- A very unique song that has a lovely fusion of Japanese, electronic, dance, and trance music fused together. The song is about making a connection with someone that is very special and brings much joy and light.
"Summer Party"- A great summer-themed musical track about dancing, having a good time, and letting oneself act a little wild and uninhibited (with the use of the lyrics used of "acting naughty").
"Hummingbird"- A great melody about finding ways to feel good in your life regardless of external circumstances (the upbeat music used in this really adds to the positive strength of the song)
"Paradise"- This is a more mellow and calm song. However, both the lyrics and music are very beautiful and give you a feeling of being in your own personal heaven. It is a gorgeous song about creating heaven on earth for yourself, and wanting to "give heaven" to the person that gives those positive feelings of being "in paradise".
I have had this cd since December 2008, and I find it even more enjoyable to listen to than when I first purchased it. I was still in the navy at the time, and I was looking for music to play at work that would put me and others who work around me in a good mood. Please understand that I appreciate my time that I spent in the navy, but it was important to me find music that would help add to creating a positive work environment (especially since I was lucky to work in an area that allowed music). I fortunately found what I was looking for in purchasing this cd because even one of the supervisors at the time found this music enjoyable, and asked me who the group was. Listening to this cd (when I first bought it back in December 2008) gave me an emotional boost regardless of whether I was playing it at work or at home. This cd still is great to listen in order to increase euphoric feelings regardless of the location it is being played. This is an all purpose compilation to listen to whether at work, home, and/or excercising (such as walking or running).

I have had the good fortune of listening to Future Trance Vol. 40, and I was pleased that Future Trance Vol. 41 is also a good quality compilation. Future Trance Vol 41 has many pleasing and unique musical tracks to listen to such as in Vo. 40. Both Disc 1 and 2 had some good and energetic songs, but I did enjoy Disc 2 more. My favorite songs from Disc 1 are:
"Summer of 69" by TopModelz (an interesing remake of the Bryan Adams version)
"Heaven" by Manian
"Let's All Chant" by Straight Flush
"Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Naksi vs Brunner
My favorite songs from Disc 2:
"Love Is Everywhere (New Location)" by Westbam and the Love Committee
"Ride Like The Wind" by Michael Mind
"Waiting For" by Peter Gelderblom (a great remake of the Red Hot Chili Pepppers cover)
"Another World Part II" by DJ Shog (the music and vocals is very one of a kind)
"The One" by Sylver (this is one of my favorite songs by this group)
"Like Flames" by Twenty 4 Seven feat. Elle
"Power" by Shaun Baker (a catchy tune about feeling power within yourself
"Deeper" by Fragma (I believe that this song is about passionate desire from the same artist who is known for the musical masterpiece that is the musical track of "Toca's Miracle")
"You Wanted Love" by 2 Vibez
"Walking A Line" by Cane (this is my overall favorite song on this cd, it is a good song about what can happen when you get addicted to someone because of the euphoria and overall pleasure they bring into your life, and try as you might you keep on wanting to come back for more from such a person)
Future Trance Vol. 41 is a good cd to listen to when you are doing physical activity such as walking or running. This would also be a good compilation to play for giving happiness to yourself, and/or to play at a party.

Exciting and Enjoyable Rock Songs
, January 29, 2011
This review is from: The Edge Music Collection (3 Cd Set) As Seen On TV (Audio CD)
This compilation has a great mix of edgy hard rock/alternative rock music from the 1990's and 2000's. Some of the great songs featured on this 3 cd set collection are:
1)Headstrong by Trapt
2)Remedy by Seether
3)Alive by P.O.D
4)Bring Me to Life by Evanescence
5)Machinehead by Bush
6)The Bad Touch by the Bloodhound Gang
7)Youth of the Nation by P.O.D
8)You and Me by Lifehouse
9)Be Like That by 3 Doors Down
This is only a snapshot of the hits that are featured in this 3 cd set (the 9 songs I listed are only some out of the 50 musical tracks available). I did enjoy the wide range of the artists featured in this selection, but there are some songs that I feel would have been good to include such as "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down, "Through Glass" by Stone Sour, "Dani California" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and "Dance Dance" by Fall Out Boy. However, I still recommend obtaining this three cd set if you enjoy hard rock/alternative rock from the 1990's and the 2000's.

A very Likeable Musical Track
, January 28, 2011
This review is from: Like I Love You (MP3 Music)
"Like I Love You" is an upbeat and edgy musical track that was one of Justin's fun introductions to the public to coincide with his solo career. I remember how popular this song was when it first came out. I was living in Yokosuka, Japan (I was stationed there around this time when I was in the navy) and I was at a high quality department clothing store when this song was played. I was hanging out with a group of people, and I know at least a couple of them (besides just myself) that was enjoying the song as it was played. This musical track was enjoyable then, and still is now because of the great music and daring lyrics featured together in the song. It is about a person who just wants to enjoy the person that they have an attraction towards (with the lyrics "I just want to love you baby"). I would definitely say that this song is worth obtaining if you enjoyed the song "Girlfriend" when Justin was still in 'N Sync and/or you like any of Justin Timberlake's other daring songs such as "Rock Your Body".

A Good Song about Empowerment
, January 28, 2011
This review is from: Independent Women, Pt. I (MP3 Music)
This is a very catchy and inspirational tune on what it means to be self-reliant. I remember the song when it first came out because it was being promoted for the newer version of the Charlie's Angels Movie (Charlie's angels is even quoted in the song). I like the positive theme to the song about learning to always be independent in all areas of your life, and of it being 50/50 in relationships. The song sends a positive message to avoid depending on others to give you what you want, and to instead find ways to obtain your desires through your own means (the group cleverly does this by using lyrics such as "the shoes on my feet, I bought it", and with mentioning how they even paid for the place they live in). This is also a good song to listen to for putting oneself in a prosperous state of mind. Overall, this is definitely a song to listen to if you like any of Beyonce's songs and/or any music from Destiny's Child.

Future Trance Vol. 40 is a good and fun mix of some very innovate musical artists of the dance/trance genre. Many of the songs featured in this collection sound very unique (in a positive way) because of the strong European dance music genre feel. The music listener of this collection gets treated to some enjoyable and unique remakes such as country music Faith Hill's "Breath" song (the group Headspinz featuring Lizzy Pattinson sings the remade version). I was pleasantly suprised that I liked the Headspinz version of "Breath" because I also very much enjoy Faith Hill's version. Another interesting musical remake that was done in this compilation involved the song "I Touch Myself" by Jan Wayne Vs. Scarlet. As many of you know the Australia rock group the Divinyls is famous for the original cover version that became very popular in the 1990's. A couple of my favorite songs in this collection are "Burnin Love" by Katie Jewels and "The Music" by Ultra DJ's. What I enjoy about Future Trance Vol. 40 is that many of the songs in this collection are very energetic, uplifting, unique, and futuristic. One really does get a sense of listening to music that is part of a great future. This collection is definitely recommended for anyone that likes eclectic dance/trance music that is very futuristic and upbeat.

This review is from: Celebration (Audio CD)
As many others who enjoy Madonna's music, I have pretty much grew up listening to many of Madonna's songs. One of the first songs that I can recall hearing of hers was "Like a Virgin". I admit that I was definitely under 10 years old before being exposed to her music, but I found her music good to listen to then and I still do now. With this said, I have to agree with others who say that more of her hits could have been included in this collection. Every Madonna fan has their favorite songs that could have been included. For me, I wish that the songs "Fever"(from her Erotica album), "Rain"(from her Erotica album) and "I'll Remember"(for the film "With Honors") would have been included in the "Celebration" collection. I would respectfully say that she has had enough hits to at least have warranted a three cd set collection, rather than just two. However, I still feel that this collection is worth owning because of the diversity of songs included in the "Celebration" collection. For instance, the music listener is treated to her daring 80's side with the catchy songs of "Dress You Up"(a song about wanting to express one's desire for who they are attracted to) and "Burning Up"(a musical track about having intense emotions for someone). There is also a diversity of good songs showcased from the 90's such as "Vogue" and "Ray of Light". Madonna then put out some more music in the 2000's, which gave some good songs such as "Music" and "Beautiful Stranger"(song provided for the film Austin Powers:The Spy Who Shagged Me). The best way to determine if you are going to feel good from owning the "Celebration" collection is if you enjoy any of her music from the 80's, 90's, and the 2000's (due to the fact that music from these time periods are organized throughout the two cds).

Romantic and Beautiful Ballad
, February 10, 2011
This review is from: The Lady In Red (MP3 Music)
I read online that Chris De Burgh actually created this song in dedication to his wife (that is so sweet). This beautiful song is about a woman wearing red, and ends up being a target of admiration at a party she is at. He ends up getting her alone, and it is easy to see this when he sings "there is nobody here, just you and me". He mentions that he is always going to remember the way she looked that night (with the lyrics I never will forget the way you look tonight). What makes the song romantic is that at he ends the song by saying "I Love You". This is definitely a romantic song to have in your playlist when you are in the mood for a love song to listen to that is romantic, but a little conservative.

Makes You Want to Have Fun
, February 10, 2011
This review is from: Do You Want To (MP3 Music)
This is a very catchy come hither type song by Scottish rock group Franz Ferdinand. This is a very daring song about a guy asking a woman that he met out in public if she wants to sleep with him. He basically makes this clear with the lyrics "want to go where I never let you before". He makes references to the "arty" friends that she has, which a person listening to this song can take it as he is either propositioning her at some type of art gallery or party. The Way that lead singer Alex Kapranos sings the song is so convincing that he actually creates a believable image through the song of boldly going after the person he desires. "Do You Want To" is a very good musical track that can be played at either a party and/or makeout session. "Do You Want To" is a fun and carefree song that is in the same creative spirit as their 2004 musical hit "Take Me Out". "Do You Want To" is a worthwhile musical track to have if you enjoy the song "Take Me Out" and/or European rock music.

I LOVE this song "The Voice" by the British Group The Moody Blues. Many reading this may most likely remember The Moody Blues from their popular 80's musical hit "Your Wildest Dreams". I found this bit of info fascinating because I intend to visit England. I felt compelled to buy it less than 7 hours ago when it came to my mind. I went with this feeling because I remember first hearing it quite some time before my seventh birthday. Yes, I was very young, and it was not until a few hours ago that I understood the full meaning of the song. What I do remember is feeling a sense of peace and calm when I first heard this musical gem around the time I was 5 or 6. Obviously, much time went by before I would hear this song again. Occasionally, it would pop up in my head but for some reason I would delay in getting the song because the artist and lyrics were unknown to me up until today. I felt compelled to do something immediately by researching online because the song kept playing in my mind, and I felt a strong urge to go with the feeling. I am so glad that I did because I was fortunate to have finally discovered the name to the song, and the group. The meaning of the song is a positive message about following your inner voice and/or dreams. The musical track also serves as a positive and gentle reminder to trust in one's inner guidance to create the desired joyful present and future. I feel lucky and blessed that I came across this song at the right time for me, and that I followed my feeling to look up the song when it was on my mind last night. I also intend to purchase the greatest hits collection by "The Moody Blues" after hearing the beautiful tune that is "The Voice". "The Voice" is a wonderful blend of classic rock, soft rock, and 80's pop. I would say to definitely consider getting this song if you are open to listening to 80's British music, soft rock sounds, and/or you enjoyed listening to "Your Wildest Dreams".

This review is from: In & Out of Consciousness: Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
I have to first start off by saying that I am happy and pleased with the number of hits that are included in this collection of Robbie William's Hits. The songs that stood out for me the most are:
1)She's the One-A great track on what it feels like to be with someone that is like your twin soul. He recently found true love with US model and actress Ayda Field (Robbie married her at his Los Angeles mansion in the summer of 2010) (I saw a picture of them on a bbc website, they are a cute couple). The point that I am making is that because he has found true love that the title "She's the One" has come to be the real-life connection to his great musical art.
2)Rock DJ- A great song about having fun, and making the best of your life regardless of where in your journey that you are.
3)Millenium- A song that symbolizes taking inventory of where a person is in their life while an abundance of time is available.
4)Angels- A beautiful song about enjoying the company of kind people (symbolized by the lyrics I'm loving angels instead).
5)Do Me Now- A catchy song about the many fascinating things that he is interested in, but that although he has many interest, that in the now moment it is more important to him to seize the moment and have fun.
6)Feel- A beautiful song about experiencing passionate and happy love. His music video has him playing a rodeo star, and Hannah plays as his love interest. I love both the video and the song to "Feel". I admit that I thought that Robbie Willliams looked very handsome in the "Feel" video. However, his quality lyrics and strong singing expressed in "Feel" proves that he is much more than just an attractive face(and that Robbie truly has the gift of singing great songs). "Feel" by Robbie Williams is one of my favorite songs because it expresses how passion can serve as a positive agent for joyful change in a person's life.
7)Bodies- A very sexy song that is tastefully done, and appears to be about striving to make sense of the importance of seeing the beauty in one's body even amidst the societal obsession with having "perfect" and/or "thin" bodies.
Getting this three cd set by Robbie Williams was so very worth it because of the number of good songs and his excellent voice. There is something magnetic and powerful about Robbie William's voice that goes wonderfully with many of this songs. Please consider getting this collection of Robbie's if you like any of his songs and/or you enjoy pop music. In my humble opinion, Robbie has so much talent and creatively expresses his spirit through his music (it beautifully shows through many of the songs on this three cd set). I would even dare to say that Robbie deserves alot more attention here in America because of the superb music that he creates, and his powerful singing voice).

A Solid Recovery
, February 7, 2011
This review is from: Recovery [Explicit] (Audio CD)
This is a very strong compilation from Eminem. I really feel that Eminem put alot of energy in making sure that listeners get a great musical cd. Yes, many of his finest songs on this cds have some strong language. However, the songs that have the most daring lyrics are some of the best songs. All of the songs on this Recovery collection are very cutting-edge and daring (in a fun and exciting way). The following five songs stood out for me the most:
1)W.T.P: A very naughty but exciting song about having a party involving people having fun.
2)Space Bound: A very daring but creative love song about being with someone that you truly have. Eminem sings with such strong conviction that he really excels at singing daring love songs like this with such lyrics as: you take my breath away, you're a supernova. I really enjoyed hearing the side of him of what it feels like through his perspective of what it means to be in love. The only caveat I had with this song is that he sings about literally choking the person he loves if she ever thought about leaving him, with the following words: I put both hands on your throat. Yes, I understand that it is just entertainment (also I am sure that Eminem himself does not condone abusing your partners in any form). My husband even playfully joked with me about there being nothing wrong with choking the person you love if they leave you (please understand that my husband was just joking and is actually a sweet person who is very laidback, and does not condone physical or verbal abuse). However, hopefully countless other couples that hear this song are also going to understand that this song is only entertainment and is no way endorsing the act of killing someone who leaves you.
3)Cinderella Man- A great song about making comebacks in life, and making the most of second chances that you are given. I also like how he subtly drops the concept of time travel with the lyrics "music is my time machine".
4)Love the Way You Lie- This was a great collaboration that Eminem did with Rihanna (I thought that they had strong chemistry together in this song). The video and the song are both a powerful combination and sends a strong message how love can play a strong influence in the challenge threshold that one is willing to endure for someone that means so much to them.
5) So Bad- I admit that this was my favorite song by him. Yes, this musical track can pretty much be titled a "Bad Boy's Anthem". He sings about giving his sexual conquests such good sex that he is going to end up being forever embedded in their memories. The lyrics are very wild but so much fun that you are going to have to listen to the song in order to see for yourself why this song can safely be titled a "Bad Boy's Anthem" and/or a "Player's Anthem". However, I confess that this song was one that I enjoyed so much that it has been played multiple times since I had this cd.
There are other songs on this cd that may appeal more to others. However, to sum it up this cd is very good. After listening to this I definitely plan on tuning into this year's Grammy Awards show because I am rooting for him to win some awards.Eminem has definitely put out an enjoyable album to listen to with "Recovery".

A Versatile Country Collection
, February 7, 2011
This review is from: Now Country Volume 3 (Audio CD)
This is a great selection of many of today's hottest country stars. There is a wide selection of artists to choose from, and a diverse range of country songs to enjoy. I felt compelled to obtain this cd when I saw the selection of country artists featured on this cd, and I am glad that I went with the feeling. I say this because all of the musical tracks in this Now Country Music compilation are good. The musical creations that stood out for me the most were "Crazy Town" by Jason Aldean, "Up On the Ridge" by Dierks Bientley, and "Unstoppable" by Rascal Flatts. "Up On the Ridge" by Dierks Bentley is a strong musical number about meeting up with someone for a carefree get-together. "Crazy Town" by Jason Aldean appears to be about the paths that people have to be aware of when going after their dreams of fame and fortune. My favorite song in this collection is "Unstoppable" by Rascal Flatts. "Unstoppable" is an uplifting and happy song about picking yourself up by your bootstraps and perservering. This song also appears to be about learning through your mistakes and transforming them into blessings through the tools of faith and believing in yourself. I love how Rascall Flatts sends a positive message through "Unstoppable" that it is more how your pick yourself back up that matters. Definitely consider getting this compilation if you like various artists hits collection, you enjoy country music, and/or you are open to listening to country music.

Collective Set of Hits
, February 7, 2011
This review is from: 7even Year Itch: Collective Soul Greatest Hits 1994-2001 (Audio CD)
This is a fantastic compilation by Collective Soul. This was one of the groups that actually got me interested in opening my mind to listen to rock music when I first heard them as a teenager via watching their "Shine" music video on MTV (I really only started to listen to rock music more frequently around the time I turned 14, and there was something about the "Shine" video that drew me in). I just wish that they would have included more songs on their greatest hits collection. I would say that many of these songs have a strong alternative rock sound with a heavy southern influence (the group was originally formed in Georgia). Lead singer Ed Roland sings with much conviction and intensity in many of the songs that one can get a sense that he really cared about communicating important messages through his songs. For example, in the song "Shine" I think that Ed and the rest of his band members were trying to send a vital message about seeing the good and what is appealing in everyone regardless if they fit into the mainstream of society (that is the message that I appeared to pick up after watching the video to "Shine"). There are some other musical tracks that compare to "Shine" in a great way such as "Precious Declaration", "Gel", "December", "Run", and "The World I Know". "The World I Know" appears to be about staying emotionally strong and laughing at oneself through the process of change. "Run" appears to be content with where you are at, and making peace with whatever is in your life regardless of what you are planning on your journey. "December" appears to be a musical number about the strong impact that someone close to you can have in all areas of your life. "Precious Declaration" appears to be about the values of freedom and staying hopeful regardless of external circumstances. My personal overall favorite song is "Gel" which appears to be about accepting others in your immediate environment for who they are, even when it may be different from someone's personal belief system and/or shatters their paradigm of their expectations. This is a quality greatest hits to have if you like 90's rock music.

Steamy and Classy
, February 7, 2011
This review is from: One On One (Remastered) (MP3 Music)
This is a very romantic and steamy song about a person who bluntly states that they would like some private time with the one that they are attracted to. "One one One" implies how he would like to play "fun games" with his conquest. He makes it very clear that he has physically expressing his desires on the mind when the lyrics are mentioned "I want to play with you girl, just you and me". You are most likely going to enjoy "One one One" if you have heard the songs the followings songs before and enjoyed them: "Kiss On My List", "Out of Touch", "You Make My Dreams Come True", "Private Eyes" and/or "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do).

A Good Song with Fine Vocals
, February 7, 2011
This review is from: Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover (MP3 Music)
Words can only partly describe the classic that this song is. This musical track is a very energetic and dance/pop creation about someone imagining what it would be like to be the lover of someone that they really desire. Sophie puts alot of soul and energy in this song in a very creative and intense way. I love how she paints a good story in her songs such as when she mentions while singing that she had a dream that she was the hero of the one she very much wants. She also makes it fun by mentioning about making her fantasy lover "feel much better". What makes this musical track even more appealing is that Sophie sings really beautiful vocals to go along with the great lyrics to the song. "Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover" compares to two of the following other songs of Sophie B. Hawkins in a good way:
"As I Lay Me Down"- A great musical track about how she appreciates her lover and intends to always be happy. This is such a beautiful song, and the video I saw to this on youtube is very good.
"Right Beside You"- This is also another song that showcases her gorgeous voice, and she sings with the same passion and great spirit as "Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover."
If you happen to like "As I Lay Me Down" and/or "Right Beside You" then it is most likely that you are going to the fine musical melody that is "Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover".

This review is from: Hit (Audio CD)
This collection by Peter Gabriel is definitely a collection full of great hits. Some of my personal favorite songs included in this greatest hits cd set are:
Solsbury Hill
Shock the Monkey
Sledgehammer
Games Without Frontiers
Digging in the Dirt
Steam
Lovetown
My overall favorite song is "Sledgehammer" because he cleverly phrases the lyrics in a way to express what he plans to be to his lover in a tasteful and unique manner. "Games Without Frontiers" came in as my second most favorite Peter Gabriel song because he expresses great talent in making a political message in how idealogies between different countries can sometimes cause a challenge in diplomatic relations. I also like how he wisely sings the lyrics in the song "Dressing Up in Costumes, Playing Silly Games". I also believe that the song sends a thoughtful and positive message about looking past the external appearance of someone and instead making a open-minded observation based on what is picked up from their personality and spirit. The greatest hits collection is a high-quality and strong cd set that is a good collection to have if you enjoy 80's music, Phil Collins, Genesis, pop music, and/or rock music.

Futuristic and Fun Trance Music
, Jan. 29 2011
This review is from: Future Trance V.40 (Audio CD)

A Strong Collection of Trance/Dance Tunes
, Jan. 30 2011
This review is from: Future Trance V.41 (Audio CD)

Bill & Ted's Colorful Journey
, Feb. 4 2011
This review is from: Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (Widescreen) [Import] (DVD)
Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey is a sequel that is suprisingly entertaining and is a good mix of comedy and science fiction. Bill is played by Alex Winter and Ted is played by Keanu Reeves. Many know Alex Winter from the "The Lost Boys" film (a great vampire movie by the way). Keanu Reeves is widely known for the "Matrix films". This movie centers around Bill and Ted's journeys through the afterlife via the means of a time travel phone booth and doing battle with the robots that are the more mischevious versions of themselves. They also end up having to simultaneously deal with the tasks of saving their partners(who they met when traveling to the 15th century time period) and the world at the same time. Along their journey they encounter the grim reaper (played by William Thomas Sadler), recieve help to accomplish their mission from fellow time traveler Rufus (played by George Carlin), and save the world from a man named De NoMolos who wants to rule the world and utilize the time travel medium for scandalous aims (played by English actor Joss Ackland). The movie involves Bill and Ted alternating between the 1990's time period, the realms of the afterlife, and the future time period of 2691. I admit that part of the reason why I enjoyed this movie is because Keanu Reeves is one of the actors I admire. However, both Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves gave good performances as Bill and Ted. I read online that there may be another sequel to this movie to come out in the future. I admit that I am going to watch the future sequel if it is released because Bill and Ted's bogus journey is very funny. This is the type of movie to watch if you are looking for something to make you laugh. I know that this movie was purely entertainment and fictional but this movie makes it fun to imagine the possibilities of if a time travel medium was to ever exist. I have always been very lucky in my life, and I do believe that a person has the power to create their future however they want regardless of what happened in the past. However, this movie also made me think of the positive possibilities of what would happen if a time travel machine was ever made for journeying back and forth between time to change some events in my own life (that I had the power to do differently, and would only bring joyful benefit for myself and others). This movie has definitely piqued my interest to eventually see more time travel themed movies. I would say to definitely see this movie if you have an interest in Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter, comedy that puts a smile on your face, and/or the concept of time travel.

Still Sounds So Good
, 30 Jan. 2011
This review is from: Hurts So Good (Album Version) (MP3 Download)
This is a very good rock song that has definitely stood the test of time and still sounds great to listen to for years after its original release (youtube has it listed as a 1982 release). The guitar riffs used in the song are very good, and the lyrics are very catchy and daring. The song pretty much seems to be about experiencing both pain and pleasure on a sexual level(via the use of lyrics where he is singing for his lover to make it hurt so good). This is one of my favorite songs by him. Another song of John Mellencamp's that comes close to being as daring as the "Hurts So Good" song is "Wild Night" where he sang a duet with Meshell Ndegeocello. The "Hurts So Good" song is going to be fun to listen to if you also happen to like John and Meshell's cover of "Wild Night".

Touchin a Daring Chord
, 30 Jan. 2011
This review is from: Touchin On My (MP3 Download)
"Touchin On My" is a very blunt song about basically being receptive to taking it beyond making out with someone that you are mutually attracted to. This musical track is very energetic and fun in the same type of spirit as "My First Kiss". The only thing about this song version is that certain words seemed to be edited out intentionally (such as when the lyrics come up of if the person wants them, they are not going to say no). I completely understand that this probably had to be done in order for the song to be safe to play in public and on the radio (on their website, some of their concerts are going to be in Orlando, Florida, which is a family friendly vacation spot). However, the song would have more of a zest and excitement to it if the words would have just been directly said. Listening to the song still gives you the obvious meaning that it is about basically about just having a good time with someone that you are passionately interested in. This song is still good to own for your musical listening pleasure if you enjoy "My First Kiss".

What's this?
)Garth Brook's Ultimate Hits is a strong and high-quality collection. The bonus to owning this collection is that you get two cds and one dvd of Garth Brook's greatest hits. This cd does have many of his greatest hits. Here are some of the hits that are my personal favorites in this compilation:
"In Another's Eyes"
"We Shall Be Free"
"Shameless"
"The River"
"The Dance"
The one thing that I am suprised about is the fact that the song "You Move Me" was left off this compilation. The other songs included are great and make obtaining this greatest hits collection worth it. However, the reason why I feel like "You Move Me" would have been beneficial to include in this compilation is because it is a loving, beautiful, and uplifting song about how his lover touches him. The theme of "You Move Me" would have went wonderfully with the other love songs that are included on this Garth Brook's greatest hits collection. This collection is best to get if you enjoy country music and/or you are an occasional country music listener who enjoys collecting greatest hit compilations of talented musicians.

This Musical Gem Helps You More Than Make It
, February 13, 2011
This review is from: I Made It (Cash Money Heroes) [feat. Birdman] [Explicit] (MP3 Music)
This is a great song to listen to when you want to either put yourself in and/or maintain a positive mindset. This musical track is about overcoming obstacles and succeeding even in spite of them. He sings about how he lives a very prosperous life now, and how the world is his. I really enjoy this song because it serves as powerful musical inspiration to always believe in yourself to succeed regardless of if others outside of you believe in you. "I Made It" also serves as a powerful and uplifting reminder to always give yourself the encouragement to go after what you want, and learn to find a way to achieve your goals regardless of the level of external support you may have. I picked up on this compelling message from the following lyrics:
Known from the city where no one believed in me
But I never gave up the fight.
Yeah, but now I'm on top.
I told you to let it rock (Rock!)
Now the money's fallin' from the sky-y-y-y-y
I made it.
I first heard this song back in June 2010,and I felt lucky to hear about it when I did because I had just moved to the D.C. area May 2010. There are many positive benefits and places that make the D.C. area a great place to live. However, my own creativity and emotional strength increased spontaneously when making the move because I knew no one in the area, and the earliest my husband was going to be able to join me was about a month later. I happen to have come across this song watching it on TV, and it resonated with me because listening to it provided me the encouragement and insight to remind myself that I can accomplish my goals independently by going within myself. I am appreciative to say that fortunately things turned out smoothly for me, and I still listen to this song for encouragement for both an emotional boost and maintaining an ambitious and positive state of mind. I previously heard of Kevin Rudolf through his musical hit "Let it Rock" when I was living in Norfolk Virginia. I would say to definitely get this song if you enjoy listening to "Let It Rock" or if you like pop, rock, and/or any type of encouragement/prosperous mindset song.

This is a fantastic magazine for those who like to dream and see some of the pleasures of what it is like to have an abundance of options on what to buy, where to go, where to live etc. Yes, at the time of this writing the magazine subscription can easily cost in the 65 dollar territory. However, I am here to tell you that obtaining this magazine is very much worth it if you even remotely care about increasing your wealth in all areas of your life. Many times the Robb Report magazine contains a complementary issue regarding vacation homes, holiday travel etc. I have the exciting January 2011 issue in front of me (named The Travel Issue) and the February 2011 issue (features ferrari classics). Here is some of the fascinating things that the January 2011 Robb Report Travel Issue has in it:
Grand Openings of Some of the Luxurious Real Estate Properties such as the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico,One and Only the Palm in Dubai,Soho Beach House Miami, Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris
An informative article titled Four of a Kind (by Samantha Brooks) that features a high-quality selection of some of the vacation homes that are found in some of the most sought after resort communities.
This is some of the captivating information found in the February 2011 Robb Report Issue:
Information on some of the best available Ferraris in the market today
Grand Opening article feature on the Prince of Paris
There is much more information available than what I have just listed. Overall, this magazine is very inspirational and beautifully done with the wonderful pictures that are featured each month that cover the vacation spots, cars, vacation homes etc. I was lucky to have found out about this magazine through reading a book called Wildy Wealthy by Sandy Forster (in the book she helpfully mentions that The Robb Report magazine helps get you in a more prosperous state of mind). I have to agree with Sandy's endorsement of the Robb Report magazine in her book because it definitely continues to inspire me on what is possible. For me, just looking at the magazine helps to increase my awareness on why it is important to go after your personal dreams regardless of external circumstances around you. I feel that this magazine is so important and inspirational that any extra Robb Report magazines that I happen to accumulate either go towards my personal collage collection or my local thrift store so that others are also able to picture what is possible. I have been a subscriber to this captivating magazine since June 2010, and I intend to continue to retain my subscription for many more years to come. As mentioned earlier, I certainly recommend this magazine if you want to be inspired to accomplish any personal dreams you may have and/or you at least remotely care about increasing wealth in all areas of your life.

This compilation is very well-done and put together. You really do get a feel of many of the Moody Blues Greatest Hits. Some of my favorite songs in the collection are:
The Voice: A great and uplifting song about the importance of learning to trust your feelings and inner voice (which helps explain the voice title). The song also sends a positive message that you can create your future however you want.
Your Wildest Dreams: A beautiful song about someone singing about what it felt like to them when they were with their first love, and they wonder if that person thinks about them from time to time.
Nights in White Satin: A beautiful song about being in love.
The Story In Your Eyes: An interesting musical track about living a life to good fortune and good luck.
Steppin in a Slide Zone: What makes this musical number interesting is the time travel references.
My overall favorite song after listening to this compilation is definitely still "The Voice". I have played "The Voice" frequently this week, and it always gives me joyful positive encouragement listening to it. "Your Wildest Dreams" comes in a close second. All the songs in this compilation are very good to listen to. This compilation is worthwhile to get if you like classic rock and/or soft rock.

This review is from: Love Ever After: How My Husband Became My Spirit Guide (Paperback)
This is a very beautiful and touching took to read when you know that your spirit hungers for knowledge, comfort, and an uplifting emotional boost. This book does all three because it tells a touching story of a woman named Joy who made contact with her husband(Bob) after he passed over. What initially started out as a quest for spiritual insight on a family tragedy had also turned into an unexpected journey towards accumulating increased knowledge. Here are some of the fascinating things that Joy discovered some answers to:
How to Recognize Your Life Path
How to Contact Your Loved Ones on the Other Side
How to Attract Money
Bob's 12 step program to realize your dreams
How the soul chooses it lessons
These topics are some of what is featured in this uplifting and knowledge increasing book. For me, I definitely have learned valuable information from this book that has helped me to release over 25 pounds since I first bought this book on halloween of last year. Bob mentions to Joy that it is important for people to find ways to be happy (regardless of what is going on externally in their life), and then the weight would start to come off. Since making this important discovery, I have been releasing weight quicker, I appreciate and see the good in even more things in my life. In addition, my ability to bounce back quicker from anything that happens unexpectedly has increased, with increased wisdom on how to turn even challenges into positives that help me transform in a more joyful manner. With all this said, I definitely would say to get this book because it is inspiring, practical, and helps inspire ideas on how to attract joyful change.

This review is from: Believers Never Die - Greatest Hits [CD/DVD] (Audio CD)
This Fall Out Boy Collection is very much put together in a good fashion. You get many of the enjoyable Fall Out Boy songs.
This greatest hits compilation by Fall Out Boy is so good that I think it would be wonderful if they released more music in the future. All the songs in this collection are worth listening to for your music pleasure. However,in my humble opinion, here are my personal top favorite songs that I would recommend that one turn to first for maximum enjoyment:
Thnks fr th Mmrs- this song seems to be about someone that may have had some "soap opera" moments, but they are still memorable ones.
Dance, Dance- A song that appears to be about a person that is attracted to someone, but wants to make sure that the attraction is going to be reciprocated through some type of sign (he makes this clear with the catchy and daring lyrics crawling to bed with me). I love the video to this song, and I felt that lead singer Patrick Stump did a fantastic job in creatively projecting his spirit and emotions in the song. Patrick's vocals are so great that I can see why he was asked to lend his voice for the Gym Class Heroes single "Cupid's Chokehold"
I'm Like A Lawyer With The Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off (Me & You): this appears to be one of the more romantic songs by "Fall Out Boy". This song appears to symbolize the message that regardless of what happens that anything can be conquered as long as they woke up to the one that means so much to them.
Beat It; This Michael Jackson classic was wonderfully done by Fall Out Boy. I love how Patrick hits really intense notes at certain points of the song such as when he talks about "truth or dare".
The four above mentioned songs are only a sampling of what is available in this collection. I confess that this review is a little partial towards this greatest hits compilation because of the fact that I enjoy hearing Patrick Stump's singing vocals (plus I feel that he is the heart of the band). However, what also makes this cd appealing to listen to is the wide range of lyrics used in the songs, and how the rest of the band members harmoniously create the melodies that contribute to making many of the songs enjoyable (such as in Dance, Dance). I have had this collection since January 2010, and it is still very much enjoyable to listen to. I was still living in Orlando, Florida at this time, and I lived just a couple of miles from the University of Central Florida. I remember eating at one of the places on the UCF campus, and hearing this greatest hits compilation being played (that is how popular this compilation was there). I confess that it is currently unknown to me how popular this compilation is where I live because I have only been living where I am at now since May 2010. However, what I can tell you for sure is that Fall Out Boy's greatest hits are good to listen to and obtain if you enjoy alternative rock from the 2000's.

An Excellent Spice Girls Collection
, February 11, 2011
This review is from: Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
Many of the hits on this cd are very high-quality and good to listen to. I remember being in high school when many of the Spice Girl's songs were played on the radio. Many of these songs are good to listen to when you want to boost your mood and/or put yourself in a mindset to have fun and be carefree. Here are some of their hits that I would recommend listening to first:
"2 Become 1"
"Spice Up Your Life"-this was one of my top favorite songs by them when I listened to them during my high school years.
"Say You'll Be There"
"Wannabe"
"Holler"-I confess that I became more interested in this song recently. "Holler" is a very daring song about someone wanting to give someone so much pleasure that they scream their name (which explains the name of this song).
I feel that a good job was done in selecting some of their best hits. Listening to this cd also gives one a positive nostalgic feeling of some of the British music that was popular to listen to during the 90's and the early 2000's. My overall favorite song on this cd would definitely be "Holler".
I would recommend getting this Spice Girl's Greatest collection if you enjoy pop/dance/pop music.

One Smooth Song
, February 11, 2011
This review is from: Smooth (MP3 Music)
"Smooth" is a very fun and great pop/rock song done beautifully by Carlos Santana. I remember being in my senior year in high school when I heard this song. When I saw the video to this song being played on one of the music channels there was something about it that drew me on(I just wish that I can remember if it was VH1 or MTV). Carlos made the right decision when he selected Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty to sing the vocals (Rob has a great singing voice). The reason why I say this is because I noticed that in the music video Rob Thomas really put his spirit and emotion in giving the musical "Smooth" a vibrant life of its own. "Smooth" is a gorgeous song about a man who is willing to change his life to accomodate the woman he loves, and he is asking the woman in his life to make up her mind about him. He makes this clear with the clever and catchy lyrics "so give me your heart, make it real, or else forget about it). I love and enjoy listening to Rob Thomas's vocals in this song. In addition, I was imagining who this song was for, especially when Rob Thomas did a good job of using his voice of emphasizing the lyrics "my Spanish Harlem Mona Lisa" When I found out later on that it was for his wife Marisol Thomas I was very moved and thought that was romantic and heartwarming. I say this because "Smooth" came out in 1999. It is posted online that they met in 1998 and married in 1999. At the time of this writing, they are still married (which I think is so beautiful by the way, may they enjoy more joyful and loving years together). I admit that part of the reason why I still find this song enjoyable to listen to is because I enjoy hearing Rob Thomas's singing (Rob's music and vocals first drew me in with the 1997 Matchbox 20 musical hit "Push"). The best way to choose whether you are going to love this song is if you enjoy music by either Rob Thomas, Carlos Santana, and/or romantic alternative rock songs.

Simply Incredible

This review is from: Simply Irresistible (MP3 Music)
"Simply Irresistible" is a great feel good type of musical track that is my overall favorite by Robert Palmer. In "Simply Irresistible" Robert sings a great tune on how a woman that use to just look good to him has gotten even more beautiful and appealing to him over the years. I love it when he sings the lyrics "she is anything but typical", and the lyrics "she's a craze you'd endorse, she's a powerful force". I personally have learned ways to increase my self-love, and listening to this song is one of the ways I love to do this. I say this because listening to this song helps serve as a fun reminder on why it is important to see the beauty inside of yourself regardless of what is reflected in the outside world. Hearing this song serves as a playful reminder to always work on feeling good from within. "Simply Irresistible" is a great song that is like fine wine that gets better with time (just like his other track "Addicted to Love"). You are going to love listening to this song if you enjoy Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love" musical track and/or classic rock and 80's music.

A Talented Nine Inch Nails Take on a Steamy Love Song
, February 10, 2011
This review is from: Get Down, Make Love (MP3 Music)
This song is definitely a title that speaks for itself. However, the lyrics and the music create a perfect musical harmony to make a sexy and steamy Industrial Rock love/very steamy song. The introduction with the male and female voices at the beginning of the song really provides the draw to follow through on listening to it. The introduction starts with a male voice asking a woman "How old were you when you first let a man make love to you?"(this is just part of the steamy intro to the song) This is a sexy and provocative musical track about a man telling a woman that he is going to make love to her as she so desires by making it clear with the following lyrics: "you take my body, I give you heat",. The best way to think of this song is in the same shocking sexiness that is the musical masterpiece called "Closer", but with slightly more toned down lyrics. The lyrics to "Get Down Make Love" by Nine Inch Nails are still wild in a good way, but more radio friendly than "Closer". For example, I grew up in Illinois and I first heard and enjoyed "Get Down Make Love" around the time I was 16 and one of the alternative rock radio stations in Chicago played this during the late night industrial rock time segment. I now have this enjoyable track to own. Yes, I admit that I play "Get Down Make Love" quite frequently because it is an excellent track with high-quality industrial music and unique lyrics (plus I love daring and sexy rock songs). The best way to quickly decide if you are going to like this song is if enjoy the song "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails and/or you are looking for a steamy rock song to add to your playlist.

I just recieved this book today, and after looking inside of it I definitely like what I see. The "Amateur College Men" back contains an abundance of catchy pictures. I looked through all of the gorgeous photos in this book within 20 minutes (some people may need more time, and others may take less time with the book). The attractive men on the cover of the book are only an exciting and hot preview of what is in this book. There are other men in this book that are very pleasing to look at as well. I mainly found out about this book title from a recommendation from the Amazon France website (someone sure made an accurate recommendation of what would catch my attention). I say this because I am a college student myself, and the title of the book definitely compelled me to purchase it just this past Saturday. I am very satisfied with my purchase of this book because the book contains many exciting pictures of various males that are easy on the eyes with a well selected variety of physical features. I am lucky to have a wonderful husband who allows me to look at excellent erotic photography books such as this. He playfully teased me when he saw me looking inside the book because he noticed my focused interest in the great photography of "Amateur College Men". The "Amateur College Men" photography is so well-done that even he was curiously glancing at the photos briefly to see why I was enjoying the book. Many of the images are taken outside in what appears to be beautiful sunny weather (an added bonus for those who love the outdoor photography). The other unique feature to this book is that many of the visuals of "Amateur College Men" appear to have been taken in Europe. Once I finished looking at the book I noticed that the book displayed writing that it was printed in the Czech Republic. "Amateur College Men" also has a Berlin, Germany address under the copyright date. Overall, this book is enjoyable to own if you love men, and take pleasure in admiring the sexiness of the male form of very HOT guys.

Sowing the Seeds of Joy
, February 18, 2011
This review is from: Sowing The Seeds Of Love (7" Version) (MP3 Music)
"Sowing the Seeds of Love" is a musical gem about the bright side to love, and the many themes that it can express. The meaning also seems to be about how being in love can make you a better person, and how this feeling can inspire you to healthfully question some of your own personal viewpoints. You can also listen to this song for either putting yourself in an uplifted state of mind and/or maintaining that state. "Sowing the Seeds of Love" is my favorite Tears for Fears song because it creatively combines both the themes of love and joy to create a positive happiness booster type of musical track. "Sowing the Seeds of Love'' is also one of the rare songs that a person can get a positive meaning out of each listen. For me personally, I definitely pick up on a positive insight each time I hear this cheerful melody, in addition to enjoying it more and more each time I listen to it. The video to this song is very well crafted as well. I watched the musical video to "Sowing the Seeds of Love" on youtube just this morning, and I notice that a person made a comment relating to how beautiful this song is. I have to definitely agree that this song is beautiful. The video is also fun to watch because it is very colorful and has many catchy images (I liked the flower that is used towards the end). The creativity used in this song and video compares (in a good way) to Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" song and video. Please understand that I feel that "Tears for Fears" have a great style all of their own with the "Sowing the Seeds of Love" song and video. I am only expressing the parallel of the great creativity used in "Tears For Fears" work that is highly original to that of Peter Gabriel's magnificent "Sledgehammer" song and video. In summary, I would say to definitely get this song if you like uplifting songs with a creative slant towards the themes of love and happiness.

This review is from: The Story So Far: The Very Best of Rod Stewart (Audio CD)
This greatest hits import collection from Rod Stewart does live up to the title of containing great hits. I grew up listening to many of Rod Stewart's songs on the radio, and I was equally pleased to see many of those hits in this compilation. The following are some of my favorite musical tracks in this compilation that I enjoyed listening to on the radio, and were also found in this compilation:
Have I Told You Lately-this is a very gorgeous and beautiful song about how his lover brings him so much sunshine in his life and the unlimited love that pours out of him as a result.
Sailing:This seems to be a song about having a free spirit.
Love Touch: This is a catchy tune about someone that wants to show their lover the strong desire that they have for them, but they must have the opportunity to do so.
Do Ya Think I'm Sexy: This is a lively musical track about someone who wants to know if they are wanted via a sign. "Do You Think I'm Sexy" is my favorite song in this compilation.
The abovementioend songs are only a sampler of the good tracks that are available on this collection of Rod Stewar's greatest hits. This cd of Rod Stewart's greatest hits is definitely recommended if you enjoy 80's and/or 90's pop, soft rock, and classic rock music.

Rebel Yell (1999 - Remaster)

Steamy Yell
, February 16, 2011
This review is from: Rebel Yell (1999 - Remaster) (MP3 Music)
"Rebel Yell" is a very enjoyable and daring passionate lust song. As per the songfacts website, "Rebel Yell" is basically about a one night stand that is very pleasurable that the lover ends up expressing that they want more. This is also made clear with the following lyrics:
In the midnight hour she cried- "more, more, more"
With a rebel yell she cried- "more, more, more"
In the midniight hour babe- "more, more, more"
With a rebel yell- "more, more, more"
Obviously, there is more to this gem of a song. Billy Idol really puts alot of his spirit into the song in such an excellent fashion that it is almost like he is telling a very entertaining story that he is simultaneously singing. I admit that I first heard this song when I was a teenager, and I currently still love listening to this song. The guitar riffs and his fantastic singing blend well together with this song to make it a musical track that is fun to listen to multiple times in a row. "Rebel Yell" is also another song to put in a love/lust playlist and/or 80's classic song playlist

Hungry with Passion
, February 16, 2011
This review is from: Hungry Like The Wolf (MP3 Music)
This is a very passionate and high-energy song about a man who wants someone. However, he wants to make sure that his feelings are reciprocated, and he makes this clear with:
Woman you want me give me a sign
And catch my breathing even closer behind
The video to this song is pretty cool. He seems to be on some type of adventure/quest. The chemistry that he had with the model in the music scenes is very believable and well done. I also like the music that was used with this song because the melodies really went good with this song. "Hungry Like the Wolf" is a quality 80's classic song that you can put in your love list and/or 80's classic hit mix.

Wealth of Opportunities
, February 16, 2011
This review is from: Opportunities (Let's Make Lots Of Money) (2001 Digital Remaster) (MP3 Music)
This is a very positive and uplifting song about how there are opportunities that abound if one is open to them. I believe that the main theme of the song is that there are an unlimited abundance of possibilities in creating wealth as long as is aware where to look. This is one of those songs to play for a cheerful boost and/or encouragement to persist and continue to go after your dreams. The video to this song is pretty fun to watch as well. In the video, the members of the Pet Shop Boys are boldy taking steps to achieve their aim of making lots of money. Overall, I would recommend this song as a good mood booster and/or encouragement. "Opportunities" is also good for achieving and/or maintaining a prosperous mindset.

This review is from: The Block [Deluxe Edition] (Audio CD)
This cd is very enjoyable to listen to. I too was very young when New Kids on the Block came to the scene (I was in grade school). My two favorite songs by them from my grade school years are "Step by Step" and "Right Stuff". I remember being in my senior year of high school when the enjoyable melody titled "Give it to You" by Jordan Knight was playing on TV (I too admit that Jordan Knight is my favorite member of the New Kids On the Block group) All of the songs on this cd made getting this cd a worthwhile purchase. However the four songs that personally stood out for me in an exciting and good way are:
Sexify My Love: This is a very catchy and sensual song about two people physically expressing their passion for each other. It is a good song to have in your love playlist all year round.
Lights, Camera, Action: This seems to be a very daring musical track about getting into action for a lustful and physical encounter.
One Song: This song appears to be about developing an attraction for someone at the club, and the attraction ends up being mutual.
My overall favorite song is the very sensual "Sexify My Love". I do admit that I have already played this song multiple times, and I intend to add it to one of my love playlists. I enjoyed their music so much on this cd that I feel that it would be great if many of the songs are played at their concerts, in addition to the music that propelled them to superstardom in the 80's. I have already bought myself a ticket to go to the New Kids on the Block concert this coming June(as an added bonus the Backstreet Boys are performing along with them). I am so excited to be going to the upcoming New Kids on the Block concert regardless if they play the 2008 music along with their 80's classics, but it would be wonderful if they do consider the fans who like both time periods of their music. This cd is worth getting if you enjoy pop and/or dancepop music.

Makes You Feel Like You Are in London
, Feb. 14 2011
This review is from: World Series: London (Audio CD)
This Hed Kandi World Series London edition is very much enjoyable and pleasurable to listen to. This compilation has many songs that are a beautiful blend of trance, dance, and/or chillout. These songs are very pleasurable to listen to, especially because they make you feel like you are having fun and enjoying yourself at a club and/or some other exciting hotspot in London. My favorite overall song on this cd is "You Rock My World" by Ron Carroll featuring Lady. D. The wonderful feature to this compilation is that you get 40 songs divided up into three cds. The first cd has 15 songs and the theme for cd one is for being at a club (this is also the case for cd two, which has 15 songs). The third cd has a catwalk theme and has 10 songs. This is a good compilation to purchase if you enjoy any of the following music genres: dance, trance, and/or chillout.
